At RollBliss, we are committed to delivering our high fashion jiu-jitsu apparel to you quickly and efficiently. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of our shipping processes and what you can expect when you place an order with us.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States through USPS. Standard shipping cost for nogi gear is $6.99 and bjj gi shipping cost is $16 and typically it arrives within 5-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Rates and delivery times vary based on destination and package size. Please see the checkout page for detailed pricing.

Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over $250. This applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.

International Shipping

Customs fees/duties are not included in the cost of the product or shipping. These fees vary item to item and country to country and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and size of the parcel.

Orders placed on rollbliss.com are processed Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm CST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 1-3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. rollbliss.com ships to all 48 states via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, Home Delivery and 2 Day. Once your item is shipped you will be notified via an email with your tracking number.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@rollbliss.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether it be sending a replacement order or issuing a refund.

Order Confirmations
One of the primary benefits of providing your email address is so that we can send you an order confirmation email shortly after you place your order. If there are any backordered items, the order confirmation will provide additional information as to when you can expect to receive your items. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so that you can track the progress and estimated delivery date of your order.

Track A Package
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation that will contain the tracking number for your package. You may track your package at the appropriate shipping website USPS. Or you also can find your tracking number by logging in with your username and password to your RollBliss account here.
